The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 497, 498A, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is husband. Wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Dandkhora P.S.
