The petitioner is in custody since 11.1.2014 in connection with Arrah Town P.S. Case No.18 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 304B I.P.C. was also added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been in custody for about 20 months and the husband of the victim is languishing in jail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
