Petitioner seeks regular bail in Giriyak(Katrisarai) P.S. Case No.307 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25 (1 -b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant, Pankaj Kumar Singh, received confidential information regarding possession of a rifle in possession of the petitioner kept in his room of Sankul Sansadhan Kendra and during raid one country made rifle was found in possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He was not present on the spot but on the next day he was called by the Officer -in- Charge of Police Station and he was arrested and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3056 of 2018 (3) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 implicated in this case. It has further been stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.09.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Giriyak(Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.307 of 2017.
