The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 354(A), 354(C), 354(D), 366(A), 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and other accused persons were teasing the informant and on the date of occurrence they tried to kidnap her, but on alarm the petitioner was apprehended.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39257 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, Motihari in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 501 of 2015.
