2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 333, 54, 303(2), 74, 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as these two petitioners are concerned, as per FIR, petitioner no. 1 snatched gold chain from the neck of informant and petitioner no. 2 fled away by waiving country-made pistol. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault against petitioners and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
