The petitioner seeks bail in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 305/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that income tax raid was conducted in a jewellery shop but the informant sent two packets of ornaments to the shop of the petitioner through his employee Manish Kumar Pandey but the informant received only one packet of ornaments. The second packet was kept by the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive the second packet of ornaments.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
