The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-11-2014 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
