The appellant cannot compare his case with that of the appellants in L.P.A. No.1221 of 2012. We are also informed that the order passed in L.P.A. No.1221 of 2012 was reviewed subsequently in Civil Review No.103 of 2015 and in fact the writ petition has been dismissed.

Patna High Court LPA No.1287 of 2016 dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondents invites our attention to the order passed in Civil Review No.103 of 2015 reported in 2017

In view of these facts, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. The appeal stands dismissed.
