Pursuant to order dated 18.08.2015, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 in which statement has been made that the CPF amount due to the petitioner with up-to-date interest till August, 2015 has been computed and that he can come and collect the money from the office of the Zila Parishad, Aurangabad.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to go to the office of the District Board, Aurangabad along with a copy of this order and collect the money due to him. The petitioner shall be entitled to get a detailed calculation chart. If the petitioner finds that there is any error in the calculation, he may file a representation before
Patna High Court CWJC No.805 of 2011 dt.04-09-2015 2/2 the respondent no. 3 explaining how according to him there is error in the calculation within two weeks from the date of receipt of money and the calculation chart by him. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be looked into and finally decided within the next two weeks. If any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within two weeks thereafter.
