The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S.Case No.25 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T.Act.

The Civil Surgeon, Arwal disclosed that out of 13 persons got zero marks in typing test and an e-mail was received and a letter no.HSSB/DOSA/61/2013/7931 dated 03.11.2014 was received in which it is stated that the candidates having two years experience having zero marks can be appointed later on but the aforesaid letter was found forged during the course of investigation. It was found that the aforesaid letter which was sent through e-mail was forged and the mobile of the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38618 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 used. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.25 of 2015.
