It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ram Krishananagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjeet Prasad, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.
