It appears that the writ application has been filed with a prayer for providing protection to the petitioner for construction of cemented house over a plot appertaining to Khata No.802, Plot No.178, situated at Village -Dighi Kala, District-Hajipur. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
