The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Barauli P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered under sections 406,302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Gopalganj.

The prosecution case is that the informant's husband Vakil Prasad was hired by the petitioner for providing employment at Nagpur. The husband of the informant went to Nagpur along with the husband of the informant and from there he

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that FIR was registered on 5.10.2015 and there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the investigation, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions on submission of final report under section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
