JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2018 Heard Mr. Prince Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Birendra Pratap Singh, learned AC to SC19 for the respondent-State. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to give the charge of Secretary of Chailaha Goshala in terms of the notification no. 664 dated 13.11.2001, whereby a new committee of Chailaha Gaushala has been constituted and the petitioner has been appointed secretary of the Chailaha goshala.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner, at present, confines his prayer only for disposal of the representation submitted before Respondent No.3, the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.14745 of 2017(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Magistrate, Motihari, on 26.12.2016, as contained in AnnexureP/3. Learned AC to SC 19 submits that at present, he is not having any instruction whether the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of or not, but if it has not been disposed of till date, the same will be disposed of within a reasonable time frame.

Considering the confined prayer of the petitioner, it is expected from Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Motihari, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016, as contained in Annexure- P/3, within a period of four weeks from its submission.
