This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case N0. 53 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341,323,354B,448/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
There is allegation in the First Information Report against the petitioner and co-accused Jaybind Yadav of teasing the informant, a minor. It is further alleged that the said co-accused Jaybind Yadav had caught hold of the victim and had attempted to kidnap her for marriage but she was rescued by his father. The petitioner has been described as an associate of the said Jaybind Yadav. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45709 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
