The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 255, 420, 467, 468, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Police raided a petrol-pump on the information that the people are forging commercial tax permits. The petitioners are apprehended inside the petrol-pump and some documents of different forms of commercial taxes were recovered. Petitioners were not found forging any documents. Petitioners are in jail since 19.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39662 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 P2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 145/2015.
