Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Nurses Registration Council states, on the basis of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11422 of 2016 (5) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 instructions received, that the examination fees and forms of the students of Magadh A. N. M. Training School, Kautilya Nagar, Patna, for A. N. M. course, for the sessions 2015-16, shall be accepted. He states that by 19th April, 2017, the students of the said School can submit their examination fees and forms and if they do so, they shall be allowed to appear in the said examination.
In view of the stand taken on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 to 6, this application stands disposed of with the direction to them to receive the examination fees and forms of the students of Magadh A.N.M. Training School, Kautilya Nagar, Patna, for A. N. M. Examination 2015-16 by 19th April, 2017, and if they do so, they shall be allowed to appear in the examination.
It is, however, clarified that it will be the responsibility of the Council to ensure that examination forms are made available to the petitioner-Institution for the purpose of filling up of the forms.
