2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 404, 323, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioners have already been apprehended by the police.
