The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he was pick-pocketed on 04.05.2015 in the bank premises and Rs. 18000/- was stolen. On 09.05.2015 again he came to bank for withdrawal of money. The informant identified the same boy standing behind him. The petitioner was apprehended. CCTV camera shows that it was the petitioner who was taking out money from the pocket of informant on 04.05.2015.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is accused in only one case. Nothing has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39824 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 10.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail fore more that three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town P.S.
