The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner lifted 11500 quintals of paddy and he had to deliver 7705 quintals of rice but the petitioner did not deliver any rice and thereby he committed breach of trust of Rs. 1,90,97,304.80.

It is submitted that the case is of breach of terms of agreement arrived at between the petitioner and the BSFC and certificate case is pending for realization of the aforesaid amount. The petitioner has also pledged his immovable property more than the amount to be realized from the petitioner.
