The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 242 of 2022, G.R. No. 1514 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner along with the FIR named accused persons came at the house of the informant and started abusing her. In the meanwhile, they assaulted the husband of the informant with iron rod on his head. Further, they took away a golden chain and Rs. 5,000/- from his pocket. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged after seven days of the occurrence.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 242 of 2022, G.R. No. 1514 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
