The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 386 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named the petitioner and alleged that the petitioner along other accused persons came to his Darwaja and Yogendra Yadav @ Loha Yadav, Kusum Yadav and Ragister Yadav shot fire causing injury to Rajendra Yadav @ Jhulan Yadav, father of the informant. Rajendra Yadav was exhorting the other accused persons. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.6.2015.
