The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that eleven computers, three head of hand pump and two battery have been stolen away from the School by unknown persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 1.6.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. A computer is alleged to have been recovered. The petitioner had no knowledge that the same is stolen property. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.61204

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46617 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 of 2018, Cr.Misc.No.72577 of 2018, Cr.Misc.No.13539 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.17277 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara P.S. case No.290 of 2018.
