ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.8.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Buxar, in Criminal Appeal No. 6 of 2003 by which he has affirmed the order dated 18.2.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.
