Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. During investigation no material has come showing complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. A
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5018 of 2021(6) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 sim was found in possession of the husband of the petitioner, which stands in the name of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
