JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 13-04-2017 In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna, wherein it has been stated that the College, in question, had due recognition, for the academic sessions 1985-86 to 1989-90, the main controversy stands resolved.

2. Heard the parties.

3. It appears that the petitioner was not allowed to participate in the selection process for appointment to the post of teacher, on the ground that the College, in question, i.e., Millia Fakruddin Ali Ahmad B.Ed. Teacher Training College, Rambagh, Purnea, was not recognized and in that background the relief has been sought, in the present writ application, that the said College be treated to be recognized one. The said College has been found to be recognized for the academic sessions 1985-86 to 1989-90 at least and even for the subsequent academic sessions, as stated in paragraph 8 of the application.

4. Since there is no dispute that the petitioner had pursued his course in the said College during the period, for the academic session 1986-87, his application shall not be rejected on the ground that the said College did not have due recognition.
