The petitioner is in custody in connection with Simri P.S.

Case No.146 of 2017, a case under Sections 467/468/471/406/419/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Company named as Bhartiya Saakh & Bachat Cooperative Society Ltd. allegedly cheated to the informant. Allegation is that the petitioner and others had persuaded different persons to deposit money with the Company.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, in fact, the petitioner is also a victim as the petitioner and his family members had deposited money with the said company vide Annexures-2 series. The petitioner was not an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5079 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 P2/ office bearer of the said Company ever.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
