The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have taken the ATM card of the informant and transferred Rs. 10,000/- from the account of the informant to the account of Akhilesh Thakur, the brother of the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months and the case is compromised. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38439 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Devesh Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Andharathari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.
