The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.72 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case under section 302 IPC registered against the petitioners, where the name of the petitioners have been mentioned, they would be required for custodial interrogation, therefore I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
