JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 It is the petitioner's claim that he has donated land in favour of G.M.H.P. College, Bagha. The value of the land, he claims to be 1,51,00,000.00. On the basis of said donation, he claims that the he should be notified by the University as donor of the college.

It appears from Annexure-4 that the petitioner has approached the Registrar of the concerned B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur for declaring him as the donor. Considering the nature of the relief sought and the facts and circumstances noted above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-4 to this writ application. The Court
