The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that two persons made firing but the shot did not hit the informant. The informant caught the arms of one of the assailants. There was scuffle but the accused persons started to flee away and on chase one person namely Bunty Kumar was apprehended. Bunty Kumar disclosed the name of other two accused persons namely Chandan Kumar @ Goli and Manish Kumar who managed to flee away on a motorcycle. The petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the motorcycle who carried both the accused persons.
