Taking into consideration that 96 kg. ganja is said to have been recovered from dickey of the car which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kudra P.S. case no. 215/2014 corresponding to trial no. 01/2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge- cum- Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected.
