Petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S.Case No. 110 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395,397,412 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, five to six miscreants entered into the Bank and they started threatening to the customers and Bank employees and on the gun point looted cash of Rs. 10,61,027.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in course of investigation, the name of petitioner transpired in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on TIP

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59381 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 as yet. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019. Some other coaccused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26254 of 2019 and 57286 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018.
