The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is Driver and petitioner no. 2 is Khalasi. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. First information report is lodged in this case after lapse of two months of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
