Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Md. Akbar who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29904 of 2014 (Annexure-2). Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24399 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 188 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
