JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Bihar Public Works Contract Dispute Arbitration Tribunal.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for the purposes of raising the disputes
