Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.214 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner, the full brother of the informant, due to property dispute shot at him causing fire arm injury on his left thumb.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the full brother of the informant, the injury found on the person of the informant is a lacerated wound and it is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9613 of 2018(3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Laxmi Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.214 of 2017 (G.R. No.2545 of 2017).
