The present petition has been preferred for issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondents to release the land of the petitioner bearing Khesra No. 582 (Part) and 578 of Khata No. 19 situated in Mauza Mangarh, Thana No. 317, P.S & Anchal Dharhara, District- Munger.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier representation was preferred before the Collector, Munger but without any response and he only wants the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11554 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 disposal of the representation. Additionally, he submits that the petitioner will be filing afresh representation before the Collector, Munger.

4. In case, the same is preferred within four weeks from today, the Collector, Munger shall take a decision after hearing the parties.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
