2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted informant and his family members, on account of which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute, old enmity and dirty local politics. Case and counter case. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that petitioner is named in the First Information Report with the allegation of assault.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of injuries, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
