For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, Advocate For the State : Mr. Deepak Sahay Jamuar, AC to AAG 4 For State Health Society : Mr. K.K. Sinha, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsels for the State and for the State Health Society. The petitioners claim wilful disobedience of the order dated 15.5.2012 of this Court passed in CWJC No. 7448 of 2012. The said order was an interim order directing the respondents not to take any further coercive steps with respect to any other contract of the petitioner with the State Government or the State Health Society pursuant to the impugned orders dated 10.2.2012 and 11.2.2012.
Patna High Court MJC No.334 of 2014 (2) dt.15-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners raises a grievance with respect to MOU that had been entered into between the petitioners and the District Health Society in the year 2013 but the approval of the same was not given by the Director, Health Services on account of the earlier blacklisting order.
The interim order passed by this Court was not in such a wide term so as to protect the petitioners with regard to any future contract that may have been entered into between the parties. In the said circumstances, it does not appear that there has been any wilful disobedience of the order under contempt. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
