ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-09-2016 Heard Mr. Naresh Chandra Verma, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Ajay, learned Government Advocate No.12, appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents. Considering the fact that this writ petition, which has been filed, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, brings it out that the land pertaining to Plot Nos.241 and 298 of village- Chintamanpur, Police Station and Anchal Nuaon, Kaimur, are being encroached upon, we close this writ application with a direction to the respondents, particularly, respondent No.2, namely, the Collector-

Patna High Court CWJC No.12221 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur, to ensure that the encroachers are removed within a period of four months from today and, upon removal of encroachers, a report, in writing, shall be submitted by respondent No.2, namely, the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur, to the Registrar General of this Court. In terms of the above observations and directions, this application shall stand disposed of.

The petitioner may furnish to respondent No.2, namely, the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur, a copy of this writ petition along with annexures thereto and also a certified copy of this order.
