The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 313 of 2014, arising out of Darauli P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and committed rape with her.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already married with the victim, but the victim has not been examined as yet. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
