The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of deceased, Girja Devi, stated that his daughter was married to Raj Kishore Yadav in the year 2000 and his daughter gave birth to a child in the year 2002 but his daughter was subject to torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and on 20.03.2015 she was killed by her husband, father-in-law and other in-laws. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased died after 15 years of marriage. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamo Bazar P.S.
