It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though an application was filed on 26.09.2013 before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur for grant of arms licence, but no decision has been taken as yet.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate, Bhojpur to take a decision upon the application of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of
