The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 89 of 2017 registered under Sections 201 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity, as one of the co-accused Mithun Mandal whose name was also disclosed like the petitioner in the confessional statement, has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1967 of 2018, except this, there is no other material, moreover, petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sonu Pandit, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
