Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 307, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with Katta (a sharp cutting weapon). However, the Doctor has found injuries caused by hard blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Neema Chandpura Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8023 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 66 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
