The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "For commanding and directing to the concern authority i.e. Respondent No. 3 (District Magistrate, Khagaria) to dispose of application dated 10th February 2020 written by the petitioner before Respondent No. 3 (District Magistrate, Khagaria). Because Respondent No. 3 (District Magistrate, Khagaria) has in most arbitrary and malafidly manner with hold the matter and lingering the matter and not taking any action against Circle Officer, Gogri, Khagaria (Respondent No. 4) for his

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question belonged to grand-father namely Sukhdeo Singh and others measuring Rakwa 4 Bigha 8 Kathas land purchased on 13.12.1981, the details of the land as contained in Book No. 1, Page No. 329 to 332, Zild No. 779, Basika No. 1901 and the grand-father of the petitioner and some other land got them through Bandobasti and rent receipt of of these land were also releasing in favour of the petitioner and his ancestral since 1951. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the ancestral land of the petitioner be allotted and parcha issued to 23 persons of the said Mauza by the Circle Officer, Gogri, District- Khagaria (Respondent No. 4) and the Respondent No.
4 with malafide intention allotted the parcha of these land to 23 different persons without notice to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner physically approached the Respondent No. 3 and he also filed a detailed representation dated 10.02.2020 through registered post to the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 3) but no action whatsoever be taken by the Respondent No. 3 as yet.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.3146 of 2021(4) dt.29-07-2024 3/3 disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 3) to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 which is still pending since 2020 and before passing the order on the representation of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 3) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 after being heard the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
