2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 326, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant Chandan Kumar received a call from the accused Ashutosh Kumar, who works at PHC Ghorasahan, where wife of the informant also works. He told the informant that vehicle of Incharge of PHC Ghorasahan has met with an accident and called him at the place where the accident had taken place. The accused persons also stabbed the informant on his right shoulder by a knife. The informant got injured and somehow, the informant managed to came out of the vehicle. The accused persons, in the meantime, took away Rs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, the petitioner is working in Primary Health Centre, East Champaran and wife of the informant is also posted there as A.N.M. The informant made pressure upon the petitioner to withdraw the FIR filed by him, to which he denied and it was the reason that he has falsely been implicated.
5. The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the injuries suffered by the informant is on vital part.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Kundan U T
