Two country-made pistols and 11 live cartridges of .315 bore kept in a vehicle were recovered in which, petitioner along with 8 other persons were found sitting. One co-accused, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Dharamveer Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail. '

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi (Okri) P.S.
