The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in his complaint petition alleged that Bache Lal Rai took Rs. 1,15,000/- from him for solemnizing marriage of his daughter on assurance to execute the sale deed with regard to a piece of land. Bache Lal Rai executed the sale deed with regard to the same land in favour of son of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any money from Bache Lal Rai.

On the other hand learned counsel for the informant as

Taking into consideration that the dispute appears to be of civil nature and the petitioner did not receive any money from the informant, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Class, Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Ladaniya P.S.
